Beneficiary Account of Natural Persons (KYC)
Document to attach:
- Copy of citizenship certificate in case of Nepali citizen.
- Copy of passport in case of citizens of other countries.
- In case of minors, photographs of both guardians and minors.
- Copy of birth certificate of son and daughter if mother or father is guardian.
- Documents related to becoming a legal guardian.(In case of legally adopted minor)
- In case of minors, the signature of the applicant and the signature of the guardian and thumb impression on the thumb impression.
- Copy of employee id card in case of employee of an organization.
Company's Beneficiary Account (COMPANY KYC)
Document to attach:
- Copy of company or institution registration certificate.
- Permanent Accounts of the Company or Institution No. Copy of The Management and Regulations.
- Copy of the decision of the Board of Directors regarding making securities transactions and filling customer identity details.
- Tax paid/admission certificate.
- Photograph of the authorized person, copy of citizenship and sample of signature.
