Documents Required for Individual DEMAT Account opening :

Copy of citizenship certificate in case of Nepali citizen.
Copy of passport in case of citizen of other country(For Non-Residential Nepalese)
Photo of both guardian and minor.(In case of minor)
Copy of citizenship of the guardian along with birth certificate.( In case of minor)
Signature of the petitioner and fingerprint on the signature and fingerprint of the guardian. (In case of minor)
Documents related to becoming a legal guardian.(In case of legally adopted minor)
Witness details must be filled.
Completely filled DEMAT opening form signed from the individual.

Copy of company or company registration certificate.
Permanent Account No. (PAN) of the company or organization.
Copy of management letter and rules.
Copy of the decision of the Board of Directors regarding opening of beneficiary account.
Photo of authorized person, copy of authorized person’s citizenship and sample signature.
Completely filled DEMAT opening form with company stamp and signature of authorized person.
